Philip Hagenbruch

No benchmark. Just progress.

:)

Philip Hagenbruch is a professional software developer, hobby musician and volunteer social worker currently living in Germany, Magdeburg.

He is an autodidact who learned his first programming language from the manual of a Commodore C64 home computer at the age of 8. Once his mind is made up about anything, he follows his ideas with irrevocable determination.

Professionally, he displays a pragmatic, analytical and precise working style. He carries a wide understanding of techniques and technologies. His curiosity never stopped him from picking up what's necessary or interesting or lending a hand where it's welcome. For longer than a decade he developed his skills by providing game server hosting and support, from Linux administration to coding specific features like game plugins. Through that, an emphasis on organic user experience and complete fulfillment of business requirements evolved.

Musically, he respects what is good, not just what he feels was created for him. He enjoys writing and composing songs, playing the piano and guitar and singing ... come time ... less and less horribly out of tune.

Philip is autistic and fine with being perceived as different. His favorite Bible verse is Mt. 6:34.
